Update Issued March 15th
Dear Staff, Volunteers, Families, Participants and Supporters:
Given the increased cases of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), the centre is closed until further notice. Our staff are working remotely.
Our support staff have created a virtual program to keep in contact with our participants in order to maintain a routine,
as well as to continue to achieve the individual goals of each participant.
We are also offering online sessions on relevant topics under the current circumstances.
This is a virus impacting all of humanity. Please do not blame any individuals or communities. Do not discriminate against any group of people.
Here are some ways to cope with self-Isolation:
-Maintain a routine
-Set goals for yourself
-Take time to call friends and family
-Limit your news intake
